Bo Brooks’ famous colossal sweet onion rings. Dunked in our classic

Fresh clam strips breaded and fried and served with cocktail sauce.

Bo’s Crab Dip (a local favorite)
The way it should be! A rich, creamy blend of crabmeat, cheeses, and

Made to order and dusted in our own seasoned corn flour, fried tender
and served with our zesty cherry pepper aioli.($8)
Maryland Steamed Shrimp
Tender steamed Peel-and-eat shrimp seasoned with Old Bay. Served with

Crab Cake Platter

Blackened Chicken Pasta
Grilled chicken sliced over a mixture of penne pasta, diced tomatoes,
and a creamy white wine garlic alfredo sauce. ($12 )
Crab Quesadilla
Flour tortillas stuffed with seasoned crabmeat, ripe tomatoes, fresh
mesculine greens, and a chedder and mozzarella cheese blend. Served
with freshly prepared chipotle aioli. ($10)

Turkey Club
Sliced smoked turkey breast, stacked high with bacon, between three
slices of toast, Swiss cheese, and cut into quarters. ($7)
Grilled Chicken
A thick grilled chicken breast served plain, blackened, basted in barbeque
sauce, or tossed in our homemade buffalo sauce. ($7)
Hot Roast Beef
Thinly sliced portion of fresh roast beef served open face, hot , and
smothered in our homemade gravy. ($8)
BLT Sandwich

Bo’s Steak Sandwich
A 10oz strip steak grilled to order and served on a steak roll. ($12)
Chesapeake Chop Cheesesteak Sandwich
A healthy portion of chopped steak served on a steak roll with lettuce,
tomato, and your choice of Swiss or American cheese. ($8) Add fried
onions for ($.50)
Bo’s Classic Tuna Fish
Our Albacore Tuna salad served as a sandwich. Add melted Swiss cheese
for a great tasting Tuna melt. ($6)
